HOW TO IDENTIFY WHAT COACHING YOU QUALIFY FOR

GENERAL QUESTION

A broad, non-specific question that seeks overall information rather than detailed specifics.

Key Characteristics

  • Broad in scope
  • Not detail-focused
  • Open-ended
  • Seeks overview or basic understanding

CONSTRAINT

A specific problem that is actively limiting performance, progress, or results within your practice.

Key Characteristics

  • Something is not working as intended.
  • There is a measurable or observable impact.
  • A breakdown in execution, systems, or conversion.
  • An issue preventing forward progress.

The Simple Decision Rule

If the answer is YES, you need Strategy.
If the answer is NO, you need Repair.

Pathway 1: For general guidance and strategy

Not every challenge requires a private coaching call. If you need guidance, clarification, ideas, or best practices-Office Hours is your fastest path to answers.

Common Symptons
(Use Office Hours For):

I want to move faster.
What should I try next?
General business questions &
strategy discussions.
Clarifications on frameworks or
tactics.
Feedback and directional guidance.

Pathway 2: For resolving active constraints

Schedule a coaching call & complete the required clarity form with precision.

Common Symptons
(Schedule Coaching For):

Leads are in, but consults are low.
Staff is not executing progress.
Close rate declined.
Revenue plateaued despite activity.
A system or workflow is breaking down.

The Golden Rule: The more clearly you define the constraint, the more valuable your coaching session will be. Vague or incomplete submissions reduce coaching effectiveness.

BPA Coaching By Laws

Operational Standards and Protocols

By scheduling a coaching call, you agree to the following terms designed to maximize efficiency.

Call Frequency

You may schedule one coaching call per week, provided the call is focused on resolving a clearly defined constraint.

Attendance

The practice owner must attend scheduled coaching sessions. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be considered a missed call.

The 3-Strike Rule

Missed calls are counted toward the 3-Strike policy. After your third missed call (“third strike”), you will lose access to the coaching team entirely.

Data Submission

Any required recordings (calls, consults) must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled coaching call.

COACHING RELATIONSHIP POLICY

This Coaching Relationship Policy outlines the structure, expectations, and responsibilities that govern participation in BPA coaching. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure coaching remains focused, productive, and aligned with BPA’s performance-driven methodology. By scheduling and participating in coaching sessions, Clients acknowledge and agree to operate within these standards.

1. Purpose of Coaching

BPA coaching is a professional engagement designed to help Clients identify constraints, improve decision-making, optimize execution, and drive measurable practice performance.

Coaching is:

  • Forward-focused
  • Constraint-driven
  • Action-oriented
  • Performance-based

Coaching is not intended for:

  • General curiosity or casual discussion
  • Solicitation of other members or clients
  • Fundraising, investment opportunities, or partnerships
  • Consulting engagements outside BPA frameworks
  • Therapy, counseling, or mental health services

If issues arise beyond the scope of coaching, BPA may recommend seeking assistance from appropriately licensed professionals

2. Client Commitment

As a BPA Client, you agree to the following participation standards:

Be Fully Present - Attend scheduled sessions on time, prepared, and in an environment suitable for focused discussion.

Take Ownership - Coaching is not something done to you. You are responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes within your practice.

Do the Work - Execute agreed-upon actions, adjustments, and implementation steps between sessions.

Stay Coachable - Remain open to feedback, challenge assumptions, and communicate honestly regarding progress, obstacles, and results. Clients agree to complete BPA’s post-call feedback mechanisms when requested.

Respect Scheduling Boundaries - A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions missed without proper notice will be treated as completed sessions. This policy exists to respect coach scheduling commitments.

3. Required Use of Blueprint University

Blueprint University is a required component of the BPA coaching experience. It serves as the operational system supporting clarity, alignment, and accountability.

To maximize coaching effectiveness, Clients agree to use Blueprint University to:

Track Objectives & Priorities - Maintain updated goals, initiatives, and areas of focus relevant to coaching discussions.

Document Action Items - Record commitments, adjustments, and implementation steps resulting from coaching sessions.

Support Accountability - Monitor progress, update task status, and maintain visibility into execution between sessions.

Capture Observations & Issues - Log relevant developments, challenges, or emerging constraints as they occur.

Failure to maintain reasonable engagement with Blueprint University may reduce coaching effectiveness.

4. Session Logistics

  • Coaching sessions occur according to the Client’s selected BPA program structure
  • Sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise arranged
  • Sessions require active participation and preparation

Rescheduling requests must follow BPA’s scheduling policies.

5. Confidentiality

BPA maintains confidentiality of coaching discussions and Client data within its operational platforms, including Blueprint University and associated systems.

Client information is used solely for service delivery, coaching support, and internal operational purposes.

6. Coach Commitment

BPA Coaches commit to:

  • Maintaining preparation and presence during sessions
  • Providing constraint-driven analysis and feedback
  • Delivering actionable guidance aligned with BPA frameworks
  • Respecting Client confidentiality
  • Challenging assumptions when necessary
  • Supporting performance improvement and execution clarity

7. Coaching Scope & Outcomes

Coaching provides strategic guidance, decision support, and constraint resolution frameworks.

BPA does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or performance outcomes. Results depend on Client execution, market conditions, and decision-making.

8. Coaching Reassignment

Coaching effectiveness depends on alignment between Client needs and Coach expertise.

Coaching reassignment may occur if:

  • A different expertise set is required
  • Coaching dynamics are misaligned
  • Program structure changes
  • Specialized expertise is needed

Requests for reassignment should be directed through BPA support channels.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By participating in BPA coaching, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the purpose and structure of BPA coaching
  • You agree to participate responsibly and professionally
  • You accept responsibility for implementation and execution
  • You agree to use Blueprint University as required
  • You understand coaching policies and boundaries
